75 m² · 2 bedrooms · 2 bathrooms
One home,
two rhythms.
The sleeping area is at the end of the hallway, living room and kitchen on the opposite side: whoever goes to sleep doesn't hear whoever still feels like talking. First floor, served by elevator, parking right outside.
Room by room
What you'll find when you open the door, no frills.
The heart of the home
The living room invites you to spend time together, around the glass table with six chairs or on the large corner sofa, which opens up when needed into an extra bed. There's a television, air conditioning and a French window onto the balcony.
But your eye always ends up on the light stone wall: you can see it clearly in the photos, and in the afternoon it changes along with the light.
Here, you really cook
In the morning you can buy fish at the market in Cesenatico and cook it at home, instead of making do with a kitchen that's just for show. There's a gas hob, oven, extractor hood, a proper fridge, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, kettle and air fryer.
The washing machine is here too: with children, and after so many days at the beach, it quickly becomes essential.
Bedrooms with a story
The double room has a padded headboard and two nightstands, each with its own lamp. The other bedroom, with two single beds and a sliding-door wardrobe, was Massimiliano's children's room: that's why it has simply stayed the kids' room.
Children are welcome at any age and, on request, we provide a cot free of charge.
Looking out over the countryside
From the balcony you don't see the sea, or a courtyard: you look out over the countryside, with a stone pine, ploughed earth and low houses.
A small table with two folding chairs and their cushions are enough for breakfast outside, or to get a bit of air when it's hot indoors. In the evening, it's the quietest corner of Casa Plac.
Two bathrooms, no waiting
In the main bathroom, the shower is framed by decorative cement tiles and the washbasin rests on a glass counter.
The second bathroom has been redone: light wood cabinet, white washbasin, large mirror, a small wooden ladder for towels.
Booking counts two bathrooms, Airbnb one and a half: they count the second one differently. If that's decisive for you, let me know before booking — I'll tell you exactly how it's laid out.
Photos with no tricks
What you see is Casa Plac exactly as it is: photographs taken inside the house, without wide angles that stretch the rooms, edited only for light and sharpness — to show you the spaces honestly.
The last photograph is the brochure rack at the entrance: maps of Cesenatico, Rimini and Romagna. We didn't put it there for the website — it was already there.
