Cookies
This website does not use cookies. There are no session cookies, no profiling cookies, and no third-party cookies. For this reason you will not find any window asking you to accept anything: there is nothing to accept.
External services
The pages do not load anything from other servers: the fonts, images, stylesheet, and scripts are all hosted on this site. There are no embedded maps, embedded videos, social buttons, or analytics tools.
This means that no third-party company knows that you are reading these pages.
Links to Booking, Airbnb, Google Maps and OpenStreetMap open only if you click them. From that moment on, the rules of those sites apply, not ours.
The form to ask about availability
The form on the page Ask if it's available does not send anything to this site. What you write stays on your device: when you press the button, the text is composed and passed to the application you use — WhatsApp or your email program — where you can read it again and decide whether to send it.
From that point on the message reaches Massimiliano like any other message. The rules on data processing of WhatsApp or your email service are those of the respective providers.
What we do with what you write to us
If you write to ask about availability, we use your data only to reply to you and to manage any stay: name, dates, number of people, contact details. We do not use them to send you advertising, and we do not disclose or sell them to anyone.
If you do not book, the conversation remains in the phone or email archive as long as needed, and is then deleted. If you do book, we retain the data for the time required by law for accommodation providers, including obligations towards public security authorities and tax obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time which of your data we hold, have it corrected or have it deleted, and object to its use. Just write to massimilianoplacentino@yahoo.it or call 331 964 6543.
If you believe your data are being processed improperly, you can contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
